Consumers are awakening to the high nutritional value of the mushroom.

Once believed to be not that important, health-conscious people are exploring the many varieties and health benefits of mushrooms as they learn more about their high concentrations of important vitamins, minerals and fiber and their potency as an antioxidant and an anti-inflamatory.
